I specialize in helping adults with PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, and panic as a result of childhood abuse/neglect, bullying, domestic abuse, sexual assault, oppression, and other traumatic experiences. I use psychodynamic talk therapy, EMDR, and IFS to help people process trauma.
